Car insurance company, January, 2012
Allstate offer: many city agents, very close to local agent, reasonable premium, easy access by Internet, offer additional insurance for other kind of vehicles, good services, cheep home insurance.

Not sure yet, January, 2012
I asked for cheaper liability insurance (was with Geico) as my car is 11 years old and paid for. I now have a full coverage (almost) policy at $30 more a month than my other policy and wondering how I ended up here.

My experience with Allstate Auto Insurance, March, 2012
i have always been satisified with how my claims have been handled. I had one for an accident with a deer & one was hail damage. Customer service from my agaent was excellent

Allstate works to please their customers they will work with you when struggeling financially and make it extremely easy to file a claim and finalize it so u can get your vehicle back in a timely fashion and the work performed by someone you trust not just some car flack that your insurance may provide.

satisfied where i am with what i have, March, 2012
Every time I call I talk to a real person. Whenever I made a claim they settled promptly. My rates are low for the coverage I have. I've been told that by other companies. I have no complaints.

HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A LOYAL OLS CUSTOMER !, April, 2012
never had a claim , thjis last year there was alot of WIND near the roof in the rear of home, the work done was CONSTRUCTION COMPANY years ago was notproperly secured and wood got rotten siding. I asked Allstate if PUTTING A CLAIM FOR THE FIRST TIE AFTER MORE THAN 27 YEARS was going to RRAISE PREMIUM, wasold NO. THEY LIED !!!

We have had a couple of accidents that was not our fault, our agent helped us through it and got all the claims taken care of.That meant so very much to us.We prefer to stay with Allstate.

I have been insured with Allstate for close to 20 years and I am completely satisfied with my policy. the company, regular swevice, and excellent handling of claims. One was a major problem involving fire and we were well cared for.

allstate ins review of perfor, January, 2012
I started with Allstate as an insured. Then I became an agent for nine yrs. The Customer service of claims is one of the best in the industry. they really have it down to a science. Auto/homeowner-catastrophic claims..AWESOME. The rates are a tad higher that I would like however again the claim dept makes up for that. Having an agent that's on your side is worth it all when really needed

never needed them yet to find out! they came to my house, gave me both renters and auto prices, set up my payment plan. And as I said I have never needed there services as of todays date!
