      Prompt and friendly customer service and claims adjusters. Claim was quickly settled. Never a problem. Good coverage - Good company - Good Price.

      cost too high, January, 2012

      Cost is becoming too high for me now due to changes in my life and being with them for a long time I am supposed to get some credit even though I ws involved in two accidents that were not my fault and was not given ticket by the cops.

      Price has jumped up 22% from last year! It nearly doubled in 5 years. I never claimed anything, why so high now?

      Reason for cancelation, March, 2012

      I have a home in the gold rush country of California. It is a rural situation, but I maintain a watered grassy area around the house to retard any fire progression. BUT, SAFECO decided my county was a high brush area and canceled my insurance. Good night, I love my home, and while I'm not perfect, I do keep things safe, but what is insurance for?

      Switched to Safeco from American Commerce because American Commerce jacked my rates over 30% from the previous year for no apparent reason.
